Samantha is an extraordinarily skilled UX designer, information architect and user experience consultant and has worked with academic, non-profit, and industry agencies, including the CUNY Academic Commons, The Brooklyn Greenway Initiative, and NYU. This special workshop will focus on the following topics:

• What is user experience?
• Focus on user testing
• Types of testing
• Focus on in-person testing
• Questions (general and specific to student projects)
